Mike serves as Director of the Southwest Region for Formation, leading the firm’s growth in Phoenix and the Southwest United States through development and acquisition of institutional quality assets. Prior to Formation, Mike was Director of the Southwest Region for Urban Logistics Realty.

Previously, Mike served as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix for 11 years, where he was involved in over 500 transactions totaling 250+ million square feet of industrial real estate with total considerations in excess of $3 billion in transactional value.

Outside of Formation, Mike enjoys golfing, skiing, listening to Jimmy Buffett and spending time with his wife and two children.

Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Arizona State University.
