As Vice President of Accounting, Linda brings extensive experience in commercial real estate accounting and finance to Formation Interests. With a career rooted in managing complex real estate portfolios and partnership structures, she has overseen all aspects of accounting operations and strategic financial planning.

Prior to joining Formation Interests, Linda served as a Senior Manager in the Client Accounting and Advisory Services division of a leading Dallas-based accounting firm. In that role, she worked closely with major commercial real estate clients, specializing in partnership accounting, personal financial reporting for privately held entities, capital management, and construction draw reviews.

With long-term experience at Holt Lunsford Commercial, GE Capital Real Estate, and AMRESCO, Linda honed her skills in commercial real estate accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, property management reporting, and complex reconciliations—including CAM, payroll, and partnership allocations. Known for her hands-on, detail-oriented approach, she ensures accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight across all financial operations she oversees.

Linda holds a degree in Economics and Finance, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Texas at Dallas.
