Anna Lee brings extensive experience in operations, administration, and marketing to Formation Interests. With a career grounded in managing the business functions that keep an organization running at every level, she plays an integral role across executive support, marketing efforts, and broader strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Formation Interest, Anna Lee spent several years at McClure Law Group in a dynamic operational and executive support role, contributing across the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. She brings a diverse professional background spanning operations, executive support, and nonprofit development — each chapter sharpening the skills she brings to the team today.

Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Anna Lee volunteers with various nonprofit organizations. Fall Saturdays belong to the Oklahoma Sooners — non-negotiable — and when she isn’t spending her time volunteering or chasing laughs on stage as an amateur stand-up comedian, she prioritizes time with her family, especially her twin niece and nephew.
