Kyle serves as Vice President of Development for Formation Interests. His primary responsibilities at the firm include sourcing and executing on industrial development and build-to-suit opportunities, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets.
He has previously held roles at Stonemont and Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in sourcing, closing, and managing over $5.0 billion in equity and debt investment opportunities across multiple products types and business plan profiles throughout the United States and Latin America.
Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf with below average skills but above average enthusiasm and spending time with his young and growing family. He is an active member of the North Texas Chapter of NAIOP Developing Leaders, Watermark Community Church, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation’s Stewards of the Wild organization.
Kyle attended the University of Mississippi, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Managerial Finance and Real Estate.
